Refund & Return Policy

At GridironKicksAu, we stand by the quality of our cleats and want you to shop with confidence. All of our products are sourced from trusted suppliers and carefully checked before shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

• You may return or exchange items within 21 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, clean, and in the same condition you received them. Original packaging is preferred, but not required.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• Their are no size or colour exchanges, but can be returned and refunded within the 21 days of purchase, customers must cover the return shipping.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is faulty or we made an error.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If your cleats arrive faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• We’ll cover all costs to replace or refund your order.

How to Return

Email us at enquiries@gridironkicksau.com.au with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). We’ll provide the return address and next steps.
